Retirement Income Management Services

My retirement income management services are designed specifically for those 50 and older with investable assets of $500,000 or more:

Real-Life Financial PlanningTM: I work with you to identify the things in life that are most important to you and seek to give you the financial ability to pursue them. Forget about 3-inch binders full of meaningless spreadsheets that end up just gathering dust in the drawer, this is your retirement income, not a financial statement.

Your lives are fluid and so is the way I approach planning. I focus on real-life issues and uncover and correct your financial weakest-link so you have the luxury of focusing on the things in life that are much more important than money.

Ongoing Retirement Income Monitor and Planning

Proper, pro-active income planning and management is a must-have for today’s retirees. I seek to provide solutions that can provide the income you need while providing you the flexibility to adjust to changing situations during those golden years.

Generational/Estate Planning

Whether you want to provide a lasting financial legacy for your children and grandchildren; create an endowment for your favorite charity or just make sure that your ‘affairs are in order’, I am here to help you.

Dynamically Responsive Portfolio Management™

The long term success of your financial plans ultimately depends on the shorter term decisions relating to how your portfolio is managed.  Technological advances (past and future) have only increased the pace and complexity of life. The world and the markets are constantly changing and now, more than ever, your portfolio must adjust and adapt in order to help you reach your goals.

My dynamically responsive portfolio management provides access to proprietary and other hard-to-find strategies while leveraging the power and sophistication of my patented technology: Portfolio Steward™.

Daily Portfolio Monitoring

In a time when a single piece of news on any given day can cause the markets to plunge in minutes–when years of wealth can be erased in a day; it’s not enough to monitor your account on a quarterly basis (like most firms do).

You need the comfort of knowing that there are systems and processes in place that can monitor your entire portfolio on a real-time basis and alert me if something unexpected occurs.

That’s why I invested so much time and money in developing the Portfolio StewardTM. It helps alert me when it’s time to move money into the selected investments. It also closely monitors your investments, and alerts me when it may be time to sell – to take profits, or to protect the value of your retirement income and investments.

Portfolio Manager-On-Demand™

I work for you and recognize the vital importance of having you and the person managing your money be working from the same page. That’s why my clients are able to interact directly with the person handling the day-to-day decisions affecting your money.

Since your portfolio manager understands and is responsive to your Livability FactorsTM, you don’t have to wonder whether or not your money is being handled the way you want. That gives you the freedom and confidence (perhaps for the first time ever) to invest your time and energy in making a difference in the lives of those around you.

If you think my services might be right for you, then fill out the form here and an associate will contact you shortly.

See how my triple patented Portfolio Steward Software can benefit you.

Jeffrey, I’ve met with a few firms about my recent retirement and the need for an income stream for the next 5 years and later as well. The annuity was the choice of many. Most recently the pitch for a hybrid annuity was made, even though it couldn’t go down with the locked in indexes, I see by your presentations that it will run out eventually and will give a bad return. At the end of your presentation you mentioned other ways to produce income. I would be very interested to follow up with that discussion. My current info is below

I’m currently 65 and my wife is 69. I just retired, wife will stop next year. I had 2 pensions I lumped summed out and basically have a little over a million dollars to retire on. My problem is the current income flow being low till I’m 70 and want protection from the market with a GLWB rider or something else. Income for the next 5 years is limited by my wife’s social security, I will defer till 70 and take half of her value. So I figure that our income is limited to Social Security and IRA RMD (assuming we put it in cash with no value change). The totals are only $30,000/yr next year for 5 years and jumps to $80,000 at age 70. Have 100k cash as well. Looks like I have a short and long term issues. Need a short term income stream and am afraid of market downs. No immediate family so our heirs are not a critical issue

I would love to discuss my situation further. I’m home most of the time working on several projects now that I have time, so we can talk at your convenience.

    Thanks for your input

    Jeff,

I would like further information about your financial advisement services. My wife and I retired last year. I am 68 and my wife is 66. We would like to know more about your fees and services.I would also like more information on the yearly performance of your of portfolios. We are wanting asset preservation and a reasonable return.

My wife recently put $xx,000 in an annuity with a guaranteed return of 6% a year. I was ready to put $xxx,000 into the same type annuity. I put a stop on it and later viewed your presentation on annuities and now believe I made the right decision. My money has been returned to me as a distribution. I believe this put me in position of the IRS taxing the money.

We have a combined income of about $XX,000/year.

I would like to discuss the above with you.
